Minecraft Is Making Its Way To China

The world's Minecraft players log hundreds of hours in Minecraft each day, but not gamers in China. Today, Minecraft developer Mojang announced it's developing a brand new version of the game designed specifically for Chinese players. Minecraft This development was made possible by NetEase which is an Chinese internet company. NetEase operates games such as Hearthstone and World of Warcraft in China.



There's no release date for the game yet , and there's no information regarding what modifications to the main game are necessary for the Chinese market. What we do know is that the Chinese version will only be available for PC and mobile devices and not consoles, once it finally comes out.
